Kerrie Kirkwood, M.Ed.,RBA (ONT), BCBA
Director/Clinical Supervisor
Kerrie graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Joint Honors degree in Psychology and Linguistics, and completed her Master's Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behaviour Analysis through Pennsylvania State University. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Kerrie has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum since 2001, focusing on ABA since 2005. She has extensive experience with in-home and centre-based programming, has designed and implemented a variety of 1:1 intensive programs, social programs, provided parent-training, and taught a variety of workshops related to the field of ABA and autism.
Kerrie loves children (has 3 of her own!) and is passionate about helping families in need. She strives to provide the most current, scientifically-sound and ABA-based educational techniques.
Claire Gormley, MPEd., RBA (ONT), BCBA
Senior Therapist
Claire graduated from McMaster University with an Honours degree in Psychology and Human Behaviour, and completed her Masters of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (MPEd) at Western University in 2024.
Claire has experience working 1:1 both in home and in centre and has worked with children and teens with varying abilities. Claire is passionate about inclusivity and aims to celebrate all of her learner’s uniqueness, emphasizing individualized learning within her program writing. She strongly believes, “When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower," which guides her passion for ensuring programming is attainable and can be generalized across all environments. Claire encourages and seeks collaboration with schools and families and has several years of experience in parent coaching.
Megan Gagnon, M.ADS, RBA (ONT), BCBA
Senior Therapist
Megan is a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) with experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017, providing services across clinical, school, and home-based settings. Megan completed her Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University.
Her areas of expertise include functional life skills development, self-regulation and emotional coping strategies, communication training, and daily living skills that promote independence across environments. Megan is passionate about building practical, real-world skills that increase autonomy and support participation in daily routines and community settings. Megan takes a collaborative, compassionate, data-driven, and strengths-based approach to intervention, with a strong focus on functional outcomes. She values working closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that interventions are meaningful and attainable.
